Meeting Rooms

Sierra Room: Our largest conference room has an adjoining registration area and access to a balcony with views of old town Auburn and the surrounding foothills. The casually elegant setting is ideal for conferences, receptions, or banquets.

Auburn Terrace: This light, airy, and comfortable room is perfect for banquets, conferences, seminars and small receptions. A presentation screen lowers from the ceiling. Windows open to views of the valley and old town Auburn. Adjoining restroom.

Coloma Boardroom: Ideal for informal presentations, brainstorming sessions or break-out groups, the Coloma room seats participants around a rectangular table in the center of the room.

Trailside Room: Adjacent to Max’s Restaurant, the Trailside Room is perfect for breakfast and lunch meetings, and private social gatherings like wedding rehearsal dinners. The room includes a private bar and two ceiling mounted flat panel TV’s with video and computer hook-ups.
